Sara Tavakoli Castellano
Founder, Soleil Group
Sara founded Soleil Group and is a REALTOR® with Douglas Elliman. As Principal at Tequesta Research, she led M&A negotiations, business valuations, and commercial real estate transactions, applying private equity discounted cash flow methods. Her background includes senior consulting at Deloitte across M&A, strategy, and data and AI, and strategic program management at DrFirst. She works with an international client base.
What informs Soleil’s approach.
The professional backgrounds, transactions, projects, and collaborations behind Soleil. Individual leadership experience, completed Soleil engagements, and current opportunities will be identified separately and accurately.
Independent providers. Soleil works alongside independent firms. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Douglas Elliman, and specialized technical and professional services, including technology integration, legal, and tax work, are coordinated with appropriately qualified independent providers that operate separately from Soleil.
